to parties, dances, outings to dances events including:
Recruiting, training, and coordinating

Distributing name tags and/or membership cards in conjunction
with the publicity committee

Work with social, and program
committees to insure that facilities for Club events are ready for use
and
cleaned up afterwards by:
Negotiating and contracting
for facilities for lessons, workshops, regular and special social events,
and meetings
Assuring that Club property is provided for each event
including decorations, music, tables and chairs
Purchase and maintain inventory of food and beverage
items and kitchen supplies
Recruiting, training and coordinating Desk Captains
to conduct business for lessons and social events
