Program Committee Chair: Dr. Scott Luper
    Organize and coordinate all matters pertaining to dance lessons 
    and special dance education workshops and seminars by:
    Soliciting membership desires for dance instruction
    recruiting, negotiating and contracting for regular and special guest  instructors
    Coordinating travel and housing arrangements for guest instructor
    Working with facilities committee to insure appropriate facilities for lessons and special events
 
Membership Committee Chair: Scott Bates
    Maintain documentation of club membership including:
    Processing membership applications
    Keeping members informed of status
    Maintaining mailing and e-mail lists
    Producing and distributing an annual membership list
 
Publicity Committee Co-Chair: Holly Stack and Lynn Fanjeaud

Committee Members: Sandra Owens
    Provide visibility for Club and activities by coordinating and producing the following:
    Promote lessons and events in news media and via e-mail listserve.
    Design, produce and distribute promotional posters and flyers.
    Maintain web site, and voice mail service
 
Social Activities Committee Co-Chair: Patty Nelson
    Organize and oversee matters pertaining to parties, dances, outings to dances events including:
    Recruiting, training, and coordinating hosts for bi-monthly social dances
    Coordinating special dance events such as Starlight Ball
    Maintaining inventory of decorations, equipment, and music
    Distributing name tags and/or membership cards in conjunction with the publicity committee
 
Facilities Committee Chair: Sue Waryas
    Work with social, and program committees to insure that facilities for Club events are ready for use and
    cleaned up afterwards by:
    Negotiating and contracting for facilities for lessons, workshops, regular and special social events, and meetings
    Assuring that Club property is provided for each event including decorations, music, tables and chairs
    Purchase and maintain inventory of food and beverage items and kitchen supplies
    Recruiting, training and coordinating Desk Captains to conduct business for lessons and social events
