Volunteer Opportunities

Are you interested in being more involved in the Ballroom Dance Club? The Ballroom Dance Club of Fairbanks is a volunteer driven organization. We always welcome the help of interested dancers who want to assist BDCF and make it the best venue possible for dancing and learning to dance.

Volunteers wanted to help with our regularly scheduled social dances. It takes a lot of work to put on our social dances. Possibilities for helping include hosting a dance, helping dance hosts to set-up for the dance or helping to clean up after the dance. Call or e-mail Holly at 479-0388 or hollystouch@gci.net.

Volunteers needed to help with open and close of the dance hall for classes. This job involves setting up the music equipment, putting out the snacks and making coffee. Then cleaning the hall and locking up after classes are done. We prefer that volunteers for this job commit to a full six-week session; in return we allow the volunteer to take one class during that session free. If interested contact Sydney.
